Mike at Computers Plus on McKinley in Corona was excellent in customer care and the skilled repair of my HP printer. It was fixed properly the first time and Mike provided me with a sheaf of papers that demonstrated the effectiveness of his repair. The store is located in a strip-mall BEHIND the ARCO station. Mike is worth finding & the price was value received for the dollars.

This company lack a business moral compass based on my experience with them. I accepted a project from them contingent upon them accepting my counter offer for pricing and payment. They accepted the offer then not only did they not pay me what they agreed, but I worked for over 6 hours and they paid me for only one hour. They agreed to payment terms net 7 days, and after 26 days no pay still. They are not to be trusted when it comes to working with freelance technicians.

OH, NO! My desktop had an obvious virus, and I thought I would have to replace it. A friend recommended Computers Plus to me, and I was pleasantly surprised at the quick service (one day), helpful owner (Mike), and the quality of the work provided me. Mike checked the system, wiped clean and reconfigured the hard drive, and installed a new security system for me.
I was told that more than likely ALL documents, contacts, pictures, and music were lost. I was heartbroken! To my utter surprise, most everything was saved! I would definitely recommend Mike at Computers Plus for his prompt, reasonable service!

One of the most honest and best price I have ever seen. I took 2 of my laptops to him in less then half an hour he told me what was wrong and how much it would cost very reasonable price and very very friendly. I picked up my laptops the same day and they work like new thank you so much for fixing them. I highly recommend this place thanks again for your fast service and your friendly service

Just an FYI for those considering taking their computers/ laptops to Computers Plus.after $800, our computer still DOES NOT WORK. Times are tough these days, its hard enough as it is to make ends meay, we need too trust the ones we do business with.
