I will tell you this. This company knows what they're doing, and they do it right. I purchased an IBM (Now Lenovo) back from them back when they were an up-and-coming computer store, some years back. Purchased another Thinkpad 6 years later, and just recently picked up a Dell laptop and Emachines desktop (used) from them. I will be a continuous customer if they keep their image up.
Good prices, friendly staff that is knowledgeable in the field in which they work, and they are compassionate, meaning that they don't take the easy route. They make sure that your issue is satisfied.
