Prices! How much will it cost? Our price is based on a flat fee schedule, there is no hourly charge. For example, a virus scan can take 30 minutes to 1 hour, but it does not require my attention. While updating drivers may take 15 minutes, but it will require all my attention.

Our base price is $29 to diagnose, plus a flat fee to repair your computer. If we are not able to resolve the problem at your place, we might have to bring your computer back to our shop.
