Tech mislead me by diagnosing hard drives on computer as bad and needing to replace all three. Prepaid for replacement parts and service. Service tech Gilberto Tijerano scheduled and rescheduled several times...excuses parts availability, ill daughter, etc. When I finally cancelled and request a refund parts and tech were magically available within five minutes. Had a reputable computer company check my computer and they found NOTHING wrong with any of my hard drives.
Also, found out that I was being charged approximately double current retail prices. Getting same run around on refund-lies, changing stories and more delaying.
I am out a lot of money and have filed a report with the San Antonio Police Department. The SAPD officer advises that this looks like a "pretty professional scam. Receipt at time of prepayment states Computer Works got my money. Credit Card Company advises that Computer Works has my money in their pocket. To date...NO REFUND!

I have had Computer Works service my office and home laptops in the last couple of years. The service and advice I have received during this period has been outstanding. In addition to the face to face service at their facility, they have responded to all my phone consultations and remote service very promtly. I consider them to be a great computer service group.

The techs here are awesome. They fixed my problem. They are a good old fashioned small company that I knew I could trust in my computer. In this day and age it is a big deal to let some one in my network with access to my confidential and personal info. It is nice to know that I have someone from San Antonio, Texas doing this not someone internationally.
