I brought in my desktop PC to help diagnose the reason it was having trouble booting. In under an hour he was able to determine that the GPU was marginal and needed replacing, saved me a lot of time and trouble switching out all the different components myself when I didn't even have access to replacements for each. Just recently received the replacement GPU and my PC is all running good now, and I was very happy that Brad was able to take care of disposing the old GPU for me as well, all I had to do was drop it off. Brad is a true professional, would highly recommend!

Had an unknown problem with my pc and he was closing in 3-4 hours, he stayed late to diagnose the problem, switch out the parts, and install software for it, then called me right after it was fixed. 10/10 best service ever.

Brad was a life saver, my husband and I run a local business. Recently our Company computer crashed we were lost. Brought our all-in-one PC there after a power glitch caused it not to boot up anymore. Called and he took it in right away. He spent about a 1/2 hour troubleshooting it. Reseated the memory and got it working. Only charged me $25 for his time. Would highly recommend him.
