James is amazing. I have a windows 7 hp computer and he fix it and answered all the question I had and even took the time to walk me threw a few things I didn't understand. His advise was super and his knowledge is tremendous. If you need your computer fixed, he's the man to do it.

Today I called Computer Systems, Unlimited to ask about a problem I was having installing a new toner cartridge in my wife's printer. Amber answered the phone. I described the problem and she invited me to bring the printer in so she could examine it. I brought it in and she fixed the problem in about ten minutes. No charge. We have been doing business with them for years, and will continue to do so. Ironically, we had bought the printer itself years ago from somebody else. They were under no obligation to support the printer at all.

I have used their help on a number of occasions and they have always been helpful, friendly, and honest. At one point they came to my house to solve a printer problem that I could not solve. I am so glad they are nearby.
