Blake did an awesome job. He did a very thorough scan for malware, virus, etc. and deeply cleaned my laptop. I am extremely pleased by his work. I was needing someone to do work on my computer very soon. He was available and very reasonable. I highly recommend him to anyone who has computer issues!!

I have a very unique situation where my computer can not be moved! So I have been using Blake for about three years now. Blake will use his remote accessing ability to #1 keep my computer safe #2 keep it clean and #3 keep it operating smoothly and efficiently. I hired Blake and his team to come in and help us with our network almost 5 years ago. Our previous tech support went out of business and really left us in a tight spot. now, I couldn't be more pleased. Everything I need to know, they make it make sense, and when any of our employees need help, someone always gets right back to us. Plus, anytime our systems need upgraded or replaced, we are always given a year window to budget the expense. Best support we've ever had.

A big thank you to Blake, he replaced my cracked screen on my laptop, cant even tell it was opened up! Also thank you for cleaning my system up, its runs like its new! I caught one of those very troublesome virus' that won't allow someone as shallow as me to get rid of it. Each time that I tried to load something that would work on it, access to that site was blocked. I knew that I had to get in touch with a professional. My computer is used for business and I need access daily. I made my first call and was shocked at the price that was mentioned...I could almost get a new computer for that price. Plus, I would have to bring it in and leave it.
I made another phone call to a number I found under computer repair in the online yellow pages...Computer Solution Technology Services. When I explained my problem, I was given a much better figure as a guess of cost, and I didn't have to load it up and haul it into Waco (I'm about 20 miles out). He was able to get back with me about 30 minutes later. and I just turned the controls over to him online.
He was very quick but very thorough and brought my computer back to new condition. I'm very satisfied and would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of repairs, or preventive maintenance. Thank you Blake!

I built a gaming pc about a year ago, got it working and overclocked. It was great, until randomly it decided to stop booting. I had reinstalled windows, wiped my hard drive, even bought a new hardrive, and it still wouldn't work. My $2500 setup was sitting on my floor in pieces for months because I had tried everything on the internet and couldn't fix it.
