Computer Shop

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. I brought my laptop to be fixed in FEBRUARY. she told me it would be 4 days. 4 DAYS. 2 weeks go by, she says she's waiting on a part, a month, she isn't responding to my calls or texts, two months no answer, and she is never in her shop i went by MULTIPLE times. LATE MAY she finally calls me, asks for one week, i said fine, I've waited this long. then she didn't contact me for ANOTHER MONTH. AND IT STILL WASNT FIXED. she said she would bring it to my house, nothing, another week goes by, no reply, another week goes by, she FINALLY drops it off at my house. Its still NOT FIXED. 6 months with her and she didn't fix it. worst customer service I've ever experienced. DO NOT USE HER

I didn't have an issue with her services. They checked my laptop and told me a couple of days later that it was fried from water damage and it would be better to purchase another laptop instead of investing in fixing that one. I appreciate that honesty!

We have been using them for so many years live them their children and service. When we needed our computer in a hurry they got right on it for us. They will go above for folks do not knock them until you try them. We did try other computer shops but this is the Best in town.

Not sure what happened to the level of customer care and service that they use to have, but it has severely dropped. I brought my laptop in to have the screen replaced. After a month of broken promises of phone calls, updates or even a price I went to simply pick it up from them. The owner had my laptop gutted and apart setting on a shelf. He did not reassemble my laptop simply threw everything inside and gave it to me stating sorry for the confusion. I have went to this business for years and this was just ridiculous.

Been dealing with this family for years, great attitude great service, just overall great. What I like the most is they're actually honest and do not over promise anything. I recommend these guys to anyone and everyone with a computer problem.

The GREATEST computer shop ever! They saved me a boat load of money because, I was paying Vistaprint a ton a money a YEAR and didn't get not ONE hit in 4 years! Went to these guys and they created the website for me and did the whole as far as getting my domain name from Vistaprint and setting is up on multiple search engines including Facebook and overall awesomely reasonable!

Within a month we were getting responses through the internet. Prior to the website they did our faxing and gave great advice on who to use to internet service and faxing! Awesome company! Will continue to recommend their services to EVERYONE in need. Thank you guys!

Fast, super-friendly, and very affordable. Rich got my laptop fixed up and back to working in less than 20 minutes, in spite of the problem *I* created. Highly recommend. I now know why they have the best ratings of any other computer repair place in Beaumont.

While driving down College Street, I saw sign that said computer repair, and I stopped by. This was the best decision that I could have made. The staff was awesome. They went over and beyond with their service, while repairing my computer. Anyone looking for someone to repair their computer, I would highly recommend The Computer Shop, Even though I live in Houston, and there are many, many computer repair shops there The Computer Shop will always be my repair shop of choice, Again thanks, computer shop staff, for your excellent, excellent service.

I heard about this place from a friend and decided to stop by! I cracked my laptop screen and was in a rush to get it fixed! I was pleased when they called me to come pick it up the day after I just brought it in! Fast service is always a plus, but excellent customer service skills makes me rate this place a 100%! If anything goes wrong with my computers in the future, you better believe i'll be running to this little place! I'd definitely recommend this computer repair shop to anyone and everyone!
