Computer Shack - Bonney Lake, WA

I had Michelle build me a real nice desktop that has been totally trouble free, and I have owned this desktop now going on three years. She has the best prices that I have ever seen, and the best work ethic. She definitely isn't in this business for the money either because I have seen first hand how she will take the time to help her customers or callers over the phone with their pc puking out issues, and try and help the person resolve the issue first on the phone. Whereas, places like Compusa it doesn't matter what the issue is, they want you to bring your pc into their business, and they won't even discuss problem solutions over the phone with you. Naw, Compusa just wants to relieve your wallet of your hard earned cash first, and not to mention the fact that other computer repair shops that I have checked out are all way over priced. In a way I am like surprised that the Computer Shack can even stay in business because a lot of their items for sale are even cheaper than your larger chain stores! Honestly, Michelle should jack up her prices, if I were her I certainly would because she is just what you would call a friendly little small business or what others would call a Mom and Pop sort of store. And she is honest, so totally and completely honest, she will even talk you out of things that you don't need for your computer just to save you a few bucks! In fact, I will not see anyone else for my computer needs ever again, I will drive the 92 miles one way and know that I have recieved the best customer service on the face of this earth as far as computers and accessories are concerned, before I will ever step a single foot into Office Depot, or Staples, or Compusa (these guys are only good for paper and pens), but leave the computers to Michelle at the Computer Shack because she is truly for the customer's best interests, and not into lining her pockets with your money. In fact, everyone that I know I have referred them to the Computer Shack for their computer needs, and I know that my friend Matt in Mount Vernon, WA is still totally happy with his shopping experience at the Computer Shack, because he still tells me to this very day when I see him that he got the best deal in his life on a computer from Michelle, and he also tells me that he is very thankful that she found his wallet and kept it secure for him because he had forgotten it there when he bought a computer from her. However, I could go on all night long about what wonderful experiences that I have had at the Computer Shack, and with Michelle (the owner), but I am running out of character space. Therefore, I will just say this: God Bless You Michelle, I love you, and I love doing business with you. You are the best in your trade, and in your ethics, and a very funny lady and a pleasure always to do business with you. And I will always continue referring people to your business for their every computer need. But seriously, I don't know if you read your reviews, but if you ever do read this one, I certainly hope that you will take my advice and start seriously jacking up your prices, because you are too darn cheap for your trade! In fact, your prices are so cheap on some things you make the chain stores look bad.
