Had my computer in for viruses and spyware and i was told my windows needed to be reinstalled and if i did not want to lose my email and other stuff i would need a backup so now a 130.00 dollar job was going to cost 260.00 that two days later we where told our hard drive was bad and it was going to be about 100.00 more so i told them i just did not want to fix it and how much did i owe them i was told i would get a call right back andthay never called the next day I called back and was told the computer was done and it was 260.00 and i said wait i was told the hard drive was bad? and then i was told i was read notes from a differant computer and the hard drive was fine and i could come get it but i told the guy yesterday i did not want it fixed and he said well that was because you did not want to spend that much money and when we knew it was only going to be what you had all ready told us to do we did it and he said so you can come get it and he hung up well I was so mad I called back and asked for the owner and i was told he was not in so I asked when he would be in and was told well lady hes never in so then I said well do you have a number to reach him at and after a second he gave me a number and i asked the owners name and was only told mike and i asked mike? and he said just mike i cant give out his last name he said to me well after all that we called MIKE it took us two days to reach anyone and when we did get some one it was a woman and she said mike would have to call us back and we explaned to her what was wrong and again she said he will have to call us back and she said he would call us in one hour so we said ok and we never got a call and still cant reach him (MIKE) well we picked up the computer and have never been able to get online with it and we ended up buying a new one NEVER will we use them again
