Computer Repair Pros - Madison, WI

The first time I went to Computer Repair Pros, the service was fine. I paid $100 for them to clean my computer put better spyware software on it.

About 4-5 months later, I lost internet access due to viruses. When I went back and spoke to the owner/manager, he quoted me a 50% (holiday) discount because they were going to do the same thing, clean it up and reinstall good antivirus software.

When I went to pick it up, the technician was there and I ended up paying another $100 rather than $50 for the service. Had I known they would have swindled me for another $100, I would never have done it.

When I returned to talk with the owner/manage, he blew me off and would not be faithful to his word.

I will not be back nor will I recommend this business.
