Computer Renaissance - Columbia, SC

Went to the store not knowing much about what I wanted to buy and they answered all the questions I had. Ended up buyin a great computer at a great price.

I have used Computer Sales & Service/Computer Renaissance since it first opened several years ago. I have always found the staff to be most helpful and able to explain what they were doing in terms I could understand. I believe they listened to what I had to say and provided me with equipment and service to fit my needs. Again, a 5-star store!

Over the years I have bought my computers and upgraded them at Computer Renaissance. They always try to help and are friendly about it. The owner is there quite a bit and is also helpful. I appreciate friendly service!

First of all, the tech working on my computer didn't bother to read the written instructions I had included when I dropped off my computer until he called to say he was finished and I asked about the problems I had listed. For some reason, that then put me in the back of the line and what was supposed to be 2-3 days without my computer turned into 10. To top it off, they re-installed windows and DIDN'T BOTHER TO BACK UP the two folders on my desktop - one of which is 20 GB and holds the entire contents of my business. If it hadn't been for Mozy, I would have lost everything. I will never let these people touch my computer again.
