I took my computer here. They hooked it up and turned it on right away. The computer rep then told what he thought was wrong with my computer and gave me an estimated cost to fix it and told me if they could not fix the computer there would be not charges. Also if the price changed from the orginal quote that someone would call me. A few days later Computer & Network Parqmedics call me. My computer runs greats and I got a free year of anti virus and spyware with my service. anyway I thought these guys were great
