I needed a new laptop battery and the owner Tony was kind, courteous and professional. Price was perfect and matched what I found on Amazon. The original broke because I made the mistake of using an after market charger so learn from me and DO NOT USE AFTER MARKET CHARGERS for ANYTHING! Thanks for saving me Tony!

Our family had a great experience with this business. Our daughter's MacBook Air had a broken screen and they were very helpful in getting it fixed in a timely manner. When my 2011 MacBook Pro was running extremely slow, this was the first place that I found and decided to take it to. The customer service was top-notch and the owner was very transparent, especially with the warranty coverage. They upgraded my hard-drive and successfully transferred ALL of my pictures and files within a couple of days. I HIGHLY recommend this business for all electronic needs, keep up the great work, I will be back again for any issues! Cheers.

Bought my laptop to get fixed. It was stuck in hp bios update mode. I took over to CL the next day my laptop was fixed and it only cost 90 bucks. I'm going to drop off my other smaller HP today.

My Macbook keyboard had stopped working a few days ago, which has been extremely stressful with finals coming up. I hadn't heard of Computer Link before, but I scheduled an appointment with them through Apple support, and am extremely glad I did! Not only are their service hours accommodating and their location convenient, but I was in and out in minutes.

Recently spilled liquid on my older MacBook Pro. The Tony and his team quickly determined that it was damaged and that it would not be worth spending the money to fix it. They were able to save the old hard drive and transfer it my new MacBook Pro. Great support and communication, with fair and reasonably priced service.

I cracked my screen on my Macbook Pro and on Apple Support saw that Computer Link was listed as a Apple Partner. I made an appointment for the next day. Check in was super easy and the gentleman helping me was very kind and straight forward and said my computer would be done about 6 days later (i was surprised because I thought it could be longer) and just like he said 6 days later I got a call telling me it would be ready for pick up! Computer Link is great! Will recommend it to anyone.

My Macbook screen stopped working and after contacting Apple, it was eligible for a warranty repair. They recommended Compulink since it was close to my home. They did a great job and were able to fix the problem and have my computer back to me in 3 days. Tony was super helpful and kept me updated about the repair status. Would highly recommend this computer shop and will be coming here if I ever have any problems with my electronics.

I have had an ongoing issue with my MacBook Air so I brought it in to Computer Link. Tony and his team immediately identified the problem, resolved it with Apple and had the part and repair complete within 3 business days. Excellent service and extremely fast. Highly recommend this place - I will be back!

I have a large-screen computer that needed a video card replacement, and it was just old enough that Apple orphaned it. The Apple dealer recommended this place as an authorized service center. Tony, the manager helped me, and told me my options, and did his best to find me a solution that would be reasonable and as quick as possible. I felt like I was dealing with someone who cared about my computer as much as I do!

He found me the best options, and explained the pros and cons, and we agreed on the right repairs. I will trust all my Apples to this place! This is the old-fashioned great service people wish for, polite, professional, and quite frankly, perfect! Thank you for taking such good care of me and my computer! I recommend them with no reservations.

After working with these folks today to repair the hard drive on an out of warranty MacBook Pro laptop, I will never seek help again from Apple support. I completely expected to leave the computer with Computerlink for at least a week, because that is what Apple support told me to expect if I was to take the laptop to an Apple Store genius bar. Tony and his crew had the computer fixed in under two hours. Communication was straight forward and honest.

Tony and his team were there for me when my MacBook Pro battery died. What was going to cost $400 ended up being free because they contacted Apple for the replacement and found that Apple would pay for the battery and reimburse them since it was a known issue! They also helped me with cleaning up my drive and moral support! Thank you for your flexibility and customer support!

I seldom write reviews, but wow am I impressed with Computer Link. We are so lucky to have a local Apple certified computer repair shop here in Stockton. My battery was basically dead and it took about a week to fix (I did bring in my laptop kind of late in the week so that's probably why it took a little longer, but that's on me). They replaced the battery + keyboard! Wow it feels like a brand new laptop without the hassle of setting up a new laptop and all that tedious stuff.

The repair was about $338 (service + parts) and I did not price check compared to the Apple store, but I'm sure the Apple store would have ripped me off and pressured me into buying a brand new laptop. Would recommend, but to make your life easier, send your laptop when you can afford to take a break. I brought my laptop in when I was done with the semester and made my life very stress free.

Tony has taken care of me for my computer needs and offers professional service. I've had to have my iPhone screen repaired by him and also my laptop recently had a hard drive malfunction and he fixed that as well. He and his other employees do an honest job, and I like to support local businesses. He currently has another laptop in for repair of mine, and I'm sure I'll be coming back for more maintenance with other products as time goes on. 10/10 would recommend. Tony and staff were great, I panicked when I was having trouble with my Mac. Even though they were swamped, I received an estimate and help with a plan on how to proceed In good time. Tony's advice and coaching on a new product was so helpful and information transfer from the old computer to the new was really fast. Highly recommend them, if you are grumpy and not a patient person have some compassion, with the Covid fear, these folks are super busy and they do their very best to offer the best service they can.

I was having the hardest time doing something seemingly simple - moving the contents of my old Macbook onto my Macbook Air and connecting my AppleID. When I called AppleCare customer service, they sent me to Computer Link in Stockton, as they are a verified Apple service provider. They were a little over an hour away from Oakland, and the journey was well worth my time! The service was friendly, professional, and prompt. In under 3 hours I was on my way. Will definitely return!

I was in yesterday after my MacBook Pro had crashed and I couldn't get it to charge or turn on even with a full battery. I had gone to Geek Squad and they had told me that they couldn't help me unless I paid money upfront because I had Apple Care and that it was probably my motherboard that crashed. After calling Apple Care they told me it would be a very long wait for my laptop to even be seen but scheduled me an appointment with Computer Link because they also accept Apple Care under certain circumstances.

After the news I was terrified I had lost all my projects I had been working endlessly on and that I wouldn't be able to fix my problem in time for my due dates. A quick phone call to Computer Link was made in hopes they could see me sooner than the Apple Care team scheduled me for and next thing I knew my laptop was fixed at Computer Link. It is clear the associates really care and will actually help you without costing an arm and a leg.

With most people working from home it is essential to ensure you have your computer working properly. This business really saved me from major troubles and after my experiences with their competitors I won't even bother calling anyone else because it's a waste of time.

I have never had a reason to go to a repair shop as I am very careful with my devices. I made a mistake however and spilled soda on my Macbook pro. Cue panic. I saw that this shop was listed under Apple's certified repair shops so I took it here. I brought it in on Thursday, the 10th. I was told I would get a phone call early next week, which should have been from the 14th-16th.

I received nothing. I called them myself to check in, and was told I would get called back. I was not called back. I called again today and apparently the technician had just looked at it. It was an urgent repair, yet it wasn't looked at for over a week? Then, the major problem was that they didn't even diagnose an issue. They were just going to send it out to Apple for $1,300 - $1,500.

I thought this was absolutely absurd, and I can buy a new laptop for that price. Perhaps this is an Apple issue, I can't say for sure. But they should have at least opened it up to see if there was anything wrong with it in the first place. And, if they only ship out to Apple and don't do the repairs themselves, then they should say that up front.

Either way, there was poor communication. They didn't charge me anything, because the owner said something along the lines of "we barely looked at it" or "didn't do any work on it." I do appreciate not being charged. I will never be going back to this shop and will be taking my laptop to a place that will actually open up my laptop and diagnose any issues themselves. The reason I am not giving them one star is because the employees and owner were very nice people.

Highly recommend this place. I called apple twice and they were no help. I brought my laptop and told the owner "i think" that I was dealing with a software issue regarding updating my laptop. An update shouldn't be a big deal however my laptop is brand-new. The owner fixed my issue right away and apple couldn't even do that. Again highly recommend this place.

Was having MacBook issues and need it to be fixed ASAP! went to the computer link the same day and they provided me with great customer service. Will be coming back for computer issues in the future.

These guys are awesome. Professional. Great communicators. Experienced like Apple genius bar. Computer Link made my 6-year-old iMac 27 come back from the dead! The hard drive failed so they secured my data, replaced the old spinning HD with an SSD (Solid State Drive) and increased my RAM memory from 8 to 24MB. Tony said my computer should last another 3 years. It's an awesome display and a new machine with this size memory would have cost me over $4,000! (Not to mention the hassle of reinstalling applications and configuring) SAVED ME TIME AND MONEY! Thank you! ~Michael in Mariposa, CA

Awesome experience. Tony the manager was very helpful. Great communication and kept me up to date with no hesitation. Very affordable and did a great job on repairing the computer. Charged only $90 dollars to repair. His techs did a great job with no problems whatsoever. Thanks Tony you deserve the 5 stars.

Meh. I've definitely experienced better. Tony is great at customer service. He is a nice guy who is knowledgeable. However, they really need to upgrade the shop a bit if they are going to represent Apple. Also what really disappointed me was the amount of time it took for my repair. I needed a battery replacement for my laptop. It took almost 3 weeks to get my equipment back. I called several times and was told the work was nearly completed but clearly wasn't.

Be careful a few years ago the owner Stole my computer, he took all of my information and loaded it on an old computer that didn't even look like my computer, put all the certificates from my newer computer on the old computer and had the nerve to charge me for stealing my new computer. The last photo is what my real computer looked like. This happened a few years ago but I still have the box my computer came in. Just be careful of this guy.
