They have been extremely fair and helpful. They set up my computer over a month ago, but did not hesitate to swap out the camera after the first one stopped functioning. They even followed up with me to make sure that it was function. Special kudos to Matt.

Had a major problem had been hack and they got into my computer. Spoke to Kathy and the wheel start turning. Computer Ease team work on my computer for 2 days and in 2 days everything was complete. Great service and do care and price was great.
