Great computer repair from an honest and experienced local business! Nate replaced a swelling battery in my aging macbook (which apple won't service), gave me some great advice about hard drive space, and provided the personal intelligent service which the apple-store just doesn't offer. And for the nerdy customer. his mailbox is an old G4 Tower, very funny!

Was in town visiting when my computer crashed. Computer Doc fixed my laptop for such a good price. My laptop kept turning off spontaneously and I had no clue why! I first brought it to the Geek Squad and they had no clue how to fix it. I then decided to look for another solution and brought it to Elkins Park after seeing a 5-star rating on Google the Computer Doc.
I am glad I did! He did a diagnostic and quickly knew the issue. He fixed the computer in a few hours! The owner was very knowledgeable and was extremely easy/friendly to deal with! Will definitely be a repeat customer if I have further computer issues.

This company is great! I have been using them for years. They have retrieved most of my hard drive twice when my computers locked up. They have also added more memory to my computer and upgraded hard drives when I needed more space. I highly recommend Nate, he is a computer wiz! Prices are much cheaper than the big-box stores and better service!
