Computer Den The Computer Den was created in April of 2004 by Rich Harris and his wife Joyce. Rich grew up in Randolph, NY, and joined the U.S. Navy when he was 18. He spent 12 years in the NAVY and was Honorably discharged in 1988. He was a AT Aircraft Technician, which he worked on a huge range of military aircraft.

I stopped to ask about a tune up on my computer and he told me he charges $85 an hour! I turned and walked out. It only cost me $25 when I've been to Willow Bay a few years ago! They had a set price! I see where they moved to now so I will go to them!

The Computer Den is the only repair shop I would trust my computer with. The owner Rich is extremely helpful and happy to help with any questions you have. I highly recommend you give them a try

I dropped my laptop for work and after functioning normally for another day got the blue screen of death. The hard drive would not recover and restart the computer. Richard at the Computer Den was able to retrieve all my important files and was gracious enough to tackle it without an appointment the moment I brought it in on a Friday afternoon of all days.

He really helped me out of a 911 situation. He could have taken advantage of my desperation but didn't. He's very knowledgeable and conducts business with integrity. Highly recommend!

Rich was super friendly and his shop is really unique. When you go in to get your computer back he always walks you through everything he did and everything you need to know about what went wrong. I wish there were more Rich Harris's in the world!

Great people! Great service! I like to support small businesses and these guys are a great example of why. I kept having my laptop's hard drive needing to be replaced. Instead of just replacing the hard drive they listened to me and stopped the problem from happening again. It's nice to be at a place where they actually take the time & effort to find the solution as opposed to the easy fix. I will be back! Thanks again!

They were very patient with me, especially since I don't do 'computer speak' very well, and had difficulty explaining the problem. They were able to diagnose the problem and fix it. I did have to return because the problem reoccurred within a short period of time, However, they repaired my PC right there on the spot no questions asked, at no cost. Since then, my PC and I have been humming along just fine. I wouldn't hesitate recommending them, I believe they run their business with integrity.

Went to the Computer Den to get a new gaming rig a while back and they did everything right. Whenever they ran into an issue they called me and explained what was going on and what they could do for me. Few phone calls and a week or so later and I had my new gaming rig. I've had it for a while now and have had no issues or problems. The owner is a great guy to speak with, and understood exactly what I wanted to do with my rig.gaming. Nothing extra was pushed on me. Regardless of what others say check them out, never hurts to walk in the door.

I have been into The Computer Den for several repairs throughout the years. I have had nothing but good luck with these guys. The Computer Den is my first and only choice for computer repair, and have been nothing but happy with them. I have dealt with them on multiple occasions and at no point have they been rude to me, or badmouthed anyone else.

They even have advised me not to spend money there because it's not worth it to fix my computer. I find it unfortunate that other local businesses feel the need to post bad reviews to try and hurt the reputation of other businesses. Lori and Jason the owners of a local business, would do well to worry less about slandering the completion and more about their own company.

Worst customer service ever. The owner is one of the biggest jerks I've ever had the misfortune of talking to. Incredibly pricey; and they WILL try their hardest to rip you off. Go ANYWHERE else but here. The guy will even go so low as to lie about product laws to try and get you to spend more money.

I have only dealt with Computer Den on one occasion and believe me that was enough. They have the absolute worst customer service I have ever had the displeasure enough to encounter. They also show the worst professionalism. They purposefully and blatantly put down fellow computer business owners in front of customers of both them and other businesses. They do not deserve your respect or your business. I would never recommend them for any reason, EVER! Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. Anywhere else!
