CompuTec Solutions, LLC did a great job fixing my computer of some serious problems. The communication with them was seamless, and they answered all my questions patiently. The repair saved me the cost of buying a new computer, and it boots up faster than it did when I bought it. I will return to CompuTec Solutions, LLC for computer repair in the future.

I learned about this company through our buying realtor, Better Buy Realty. I took our desktop to the CompuTec Solutions office at US1 and SR 100. It was easy to get to and to get in. Jose and his wife were very friendly. Jose diagnosed the problems and called me the next day. He gave the price, which was very reasonable, and said it would be ready in a day or two. I picked it up and took it home. The desktop now screams. The hack-jacking programs are now gone. This is our computer solution company from now on!

My experience with CompuTec was wonderful. My son's computer just completely would not turn on. I dropped it off the week prior to hurricane Dorian but ended up leaving it longer than expected due to unforeseen circumstances. When I arrived to pick it up the owner was very understanding and polite. He totally fixed the problem and he hasn't had any issues with it ever since. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for computer repair.

Jose ruined my Apple iPhone 7 Plus. He was given several opportunities to fix the phone correctly and decided to give me a refund and hand me back a phone that is no longer functionable. He was only to replace the glass screen but instead completely damaged the inside of the phone. Upon taking it to a different location, it was determined that Jose put regular screws inside of my phone rather than the ones it came with. Never take anything here

Great at not telling people about charges until you pick up computer should be up front about this feel ripped off. Charged 80 dollars to complete a task that we paid 80 dollars for 2 days earlier was not upfront about an upgrade experatipn date when they told us to bring computer in guess what it expired the day before dosnt seem fair to the consumer go somewhere else people
