We found Chris to be as advertised, professional courteous and prompt. We informed him of a problem (virus) with our home PC. He made an immediate follow up call to our request for help. He followed this up with an evening on site service visit based on our convenience.

Chris can solve technical problems remotely
I was having extremely slow response time which was making me seriously ponder getting a new computer. I also had some hard drive cleaning up to do. Chris was great! He quickly solved my response time issues and stream lined my hard drive.
Along with being very knowledgeable and professional Chris is also very patient. I never felt any of my questions were insignificant. A few days later, I had an additional question. Chris remotely solved it in minutes! I feel so fortunate to have Chris has my "Go-To" person now!

Chris was excellent! He solved a subtle, but thorny problem that crossed operating system, printer, photo printer, and LAN boundaries. I had 2 other IT so-called experts try to solve this problem unsuccessfully and had spent a ridiculous amount of time and $$. He diagnosed, then fixed the problem quickly and made sure that all of our laptops worked perfectly before he left. He was very professional and his rates are quite reasonable. I would recommend him to anyone.

Fast, accomodating and effective
ChrisFixesIT.com is the first computer service i have dealt with were i have said to myself, " That was easier than i thought it would be, i'm gonna use them again." I have dealt with a handful of other services that have given me lackluster results. When I used ChrisFixesIT. com i have dealt with Chris directly, the differences i noticed between him and the other services i have used is that he is patient, a good listener and he is forthcoming with information about my system in a way that i can understand. It bugs when techies hoard their computer knowledge and speak in kryptic terminology and I am pleased that Chris Interacts with me in a professional and cordial manner and doesn't hold back sharing his knowledge.

When I had a conflict between new software and an overprotective firewall chris was able to go on my machine remotely and sort it out while giving me tips on screen and over the phone on how to avoid the same predicament in the future.

He rescued memost recently while i was having an internet configuration nightmare at my new location. I got nowhere with Netgear and the people at AT&T and i was getting pretty stressed out. I told Chris i was tempted to splurge on new hardware to make it easier on myself but he reassured me that i could use what i had and didn't need to. Chris spent an hour and a half with me on the phone and helped me set up and configure my modem, router and even recomended an affordable wireless signal booster that could help boost my signal instead of buying a more powerful router at 3 times the price. He did more for me in that one hour and a half than i was able to accomplish on the phone all day with NetGear and AT&T.

I recommend ChrisFixesIT, i felt as though Chris was looking out for me and i like how he didn't try to sell me trivial hardware like with past services i've used. He made me feel like a valued client when dealing with me and he actually verbalized that he appreciated my business. Chris definately saved me time, money and aggrevation.
