For several years Jeff has kept our business computers up to speed. I've found that when I need to get something done and am absolutely frustrated -Jeff always comes to the rescue! Like other business owners, I can't afford to be without my computers. Jeff has helped me out a lot and doesn't make me feel like a 'dummy'. Jeff has demonstrated thorough knowledge of computers and related equipment and has an in depth understanding of how computers work and how to repair them. He spends time to ensure that his knowledge is current and accurate - if there is an area he feels needs a better understanding, he makes time to gain that knowledge. Jeff has the ability to configure, install and maintain peripherals such as network fax - setting an IP address (static or dynamic), configuring to SMTP relay, setting up to print via a standard TCP/IP port and installing proprietary software to allow for desktop faxing.
He is very methodical and thinks problems through in a very precise manner, which is a great attribute during troubleshooting any given problem. He is not one to 'toot his own horn', but he is one who has the knowledge and mind set to think through any situation and refuses to settle for defeat.
