Very friendly service, they were able to reset my computer and get it running very fast again! 10/10 would reccomend, if I have any more computer issues I'll definitely be going to them again. Their prices are very fair as well!

I was unable to transfer data from an old to a new computer using a recently purchased portable hard drive. Chad was able to knowledgeably and efficiently get the job done at a very reasonable price.

I took a laptop in that had a very intermittent problem. They couldn't get it to fail but one of their technicians thought of something he had dealt with in the past and they tried it. It worked! No more problem, cost was extremely reasonable. Very nice people to work with.

He replaced a hard drive when he could have tried to sell me a new laptop. Then he offered to transfer data if my backup program didn't. Will definitely use them again if needed.

My computer would not boot up, I tried everything I could think of and could not get it working. Chad was so kind and helpful! I have a 2020 MacBook Pro which had a broken display screen. I called around to a bunch of places to get quotes including the Apple store and Chads was by far the best! I went with him, and he was so friendly and willing to work with my time crunch ( I had to get it fixed in 7 days because I was moving out of the country at the end of the week) the piece he ordered to fix my computer unfortunately came in damaged and because of my time crunch I was not able to wait for him to re order a new one. Chad was so kind and understanding, he apologized for the piece arriving damaged and did not charge me anything!

I know if the piece had come in undamaged my laptop would be good as new, and if I wasn’t leaving the country I would have left it with him. I would highly recommend Chad to anyone and will definitely use him again when I’m back in the area!
