Richard was exceptional. No technician would spend approximately 30 to 40 minutes of their own time helping me receive sound on my PC. He did this out of his own generosity. Very few would spend did this much time with a complete stranger fixing the computer issue. I would recommend this technician. He is honest and trustworthy. He truly will not stop until the problem is 100% solved. He cares about helping the customer. He truly enjoys his job. This type of company is a rarity. One that values complete satisfaction over compensation.

A great group of guys that have deep IT knowledge and experience. The business is located out of the owners house but don't let the looks be deceiving. They know what they are doing and they do it well. I recommend to anyone who might be trying to the wait at big tech stores like Best Buy or micro center for pc repair. Odds are you'll get your pc fixed much faster and for much cheaper because they won't recommend replacing parts you really don't need. 5/5

I had a problem with my the power supply in my raid and when the manufacture told my only option was to replace it I took it into Caltechsys. Within a few days Caltechsys had me up and running again. The team here is very knowledgable and their rates are extremely reasonable and fair. I highly recommend Caltechsys for any computer repairs.

I had a virus on my computer and I took it to best buy who wanted to charge me hundreds of dollars to just take a look at it. Found these guys on an internet search and they were able to clean up the computer within a couple of hours for half the price! Very satisfied and charming group of individuals!

Words can't express how thankful I am to have worked with Richard in diagnosing my Dell Inspiron 6000. He assessed the situation and realized it was something he could work on remotely. Richard was very pleasant to work with. I desperately needed to use my computer and thanks to Richard's patience and support we were able to get it up and running.
