I had a slow laptop. They swapped out my 1tb HDD for a 1tb solid state drive. Now I am up & running in under 30 seconds instead of the 15 minutes it used to take. No more bogging down either. Great job at a fair price.

I have experienced a rude, short, snappy male a few times there as well. I actually believe this is the genius in the electronic field. I have walked away from this company a few times since it opened over the years for that exact reason. The female that answers the phone is better, but when I'm trying to decide to toss and buy new, or shop locally and support local business I admit I've been run off a few times.

At work there are I T people to come get, or come to repair and tell us what to do or never do again. They do not speak to us this way for long and stay employed with the last 3 companies I've worked for over the last 32 years. Maybe remember we are working too hard for our money as well to pay someone to be rude to us. The female is better, but you still do not feel valued as a customer.

If you are getting you computer repair/service done anywhere else, you are taking it to the WRONG place. The folks at Bradley Electronics are outstanding! Every other place I looked into about a minor upgrade to my laptop quoted me a time of no less than 2 weeks; Bradley's tech had it back to me in 2 DAYS, and they treated me more than fairly on the price. Morgan and Randy (the people who took care of me) were responsive to my needs, engaging, and concerned about doing quality work for me; kudos to them! I can't say enough good things about Bradley Electronics, or recommend them any more highly.

My go to folks for all my computer need. They just put in a huge capacity hard drive for my son's laptop. Turnaround was less than a day, so my son did not miss any school assignments. Highly recommend!

I brought my pc in here with battery and mic issues, and they fixed it for me. its was $167 for parts and labor. well worth the money for my HP PAVILLION 17in

So much good to share - greeted by friendly staff, they even helped me bring the computer in from my car. they assessed the problem, fixed it timely and do so for a great price! You can't beat that. Highly recommend Bradley Electronics

Finally found Peach tech after they left Radio Shack. My computer needed an upgrade. Took it in and the next day it was ready! They cleaned it up, upgraded everything in less than one day. They are the BEST! Prices are reasonably charged for all they do.

I've been here before and this is quite honestly the only place I will take my electronics. I have a 2yr old HP Laptop that, after taking and unfortunate spill, had issues with the screen display cable. The screen flickered or wouldn't even display unless in the perfect position which was ever changing. I brought it in and received a call the following day they while they couldn't locate a part for it he was able to fix it just enough so the flicker was nearly entirely gone and/or a rare occurrence.

Sure enough the flicker is gone and I can breathe a sigh of relief. I wasn't even charged for the service and the customer service is incredible. They have the most reasonable rates and care for their customers, I cant praise them enough.
