After somehow contracting a very nasty virus that basically crippled my computer, I called boxaid and spoke to George. Other places had wanted me to leave my computer and charge between 180-260 dollars. I found this service online and thought I'd try it. My technician George was top of the line. He was thourough and fast. Explained everything thoroughly that he did. He worked for three hours and also installed new antiviral software for free. All my trojan viruses were removed. My machine runs great. all of this for $89.95. I can't recommend this service enough. Great. Great. Great.

My rep worked on my computer for 5 hours! he said it was a virus that my Mcaffee product was not detecting so it had to be removed manually. This virus made a mess a of my computer. I thought they would charge me more money but its was still the original $90 that they said when i started the call.

I tried their online operator service - received no reply in 20 minutes. Seems that i'll have to call them for a $1.5 extra (international). I hope they'll help, since my case is a real mess. If International support is absent - this should be clearly stated once you are on the Inet - I guess...

I had a virus that was not being removed by Mcafee or Malwarebytes. My tech was great and persistent. He worked on computer for 3 hours. I don't know how he did it but he got this virus off that I spent days trying to remove. Every time I removed it it would come back but so far it has not come back since boxaid worked on it. Its been 3 weeks. Highly recommended.

I was getting a ton of error messages on my laptop and it was painfully slow. Called them for a tuneup and they found 7 viruses which they cleaned and still charged me for the tuneup which was cheaper then virus cleanup. I had went to geeksquad and they wanted $200!!! I told them I could buy a new PC for $200. Boxaid only charged me $60 and my pc i running perfectly.

I've tried geeksquad near my house in Chicago and their service was horrible. My uncle told me about boxaid and I wasn't expecting much but I was wrong. They were professional and actually knew what they were talking about. Had my printer problem solved in 45 minutes. Would recommend them. Really cool cause I didn't have to bring someone to my house.

What a great service you provided. I hated the thought of taking my computer somewhere and not having it fixed for who knows how long. I didn't even know something like this was possible.
