Fixed Cost, Professional!

Proactive Support

Smooth running systems and no bills for hourly tech support

A computer support technician from Princeton University had turned us on to Blueclone Networks. Our office has 8 computers and 1 server that always seem to have had problems. We signed up with Blueclone for their computer maintenance package and now they take care of all our systems remotely and the run much better. We can’t recommend their service enough.

WOW!! What can we say? Our website has been up and running for about 8 years and we never get calls from it. We paid and SEO company last year to get us traffic which did NOT work. We called for data recovery of a hard drive after we were told by another computer support company in Princeton our drive was shot - and it needed to be recovered in a lab that would cost over $2000.

Blueclone Networks told us they could retrieve our data in-house without needed to open the drive in a lab. They got all my company data back within an hour, and for less than $200!

Expensive
I own a store. My roof had a leak over the weekend and water had damaged my main computer system with all of our data. I called several companies to look at the system and everyone said the same thing, the data on the server was unsalvageable. Luckily after searching online I called Blueclone to see if they would recycle my computer. They convinced me that the data on my water soaked hard drive could be restored. Sure enough, after 1 week I had all of my data back on a USB drive. It was expensive but they saved my business so in the end, worth it.

Very nice people
We were using an IT guy for 8 years and trusted him dearly. He recently had a child and so we called Blueclone Networks to temporary support of our email system. I wish we called them 8 years ago. They not only showed us how much money our consultant was draining from us, but how we could improve our systems and save money. Our systems run smooth instead now and we didn't buy a thing. Very Knowledgeable and professional
They don't service home users
Recently our computers were running slow. Blueclone cleaned our systems of viruses and secured our network so we wouldn't have any more security issues. Now they monitor all of our systems and maintain them without us having to wait for service. They also backup our medical records automatically so we don't have to worry about it anymore.
