Blue Oak Technology Solutions was started as many other businesses are formed - with a goal in mind. And, evidently, we've done OK at that so far as we continue to enjoy working with clients that started with us back in 2004! Before using Blue Oak to support our IT needs, we were with another similarly sized local provider. We didn't know how poor service was with our previous provider until we switched to Blue Oak! Their technical support is spot-on and their technicians are rock-solid and quick! We have reported a few issues in our first months with Blue Oak, and each were addressed same day and completely! No work-arounds with these guys - they find and address the root-cause rather than focusing on symptoms!
