This listing is far from complete, but you can see some of the quality manufacturers that we stand behind below.
There are three major decisions to make when purchasing a new computer. The first decision is whether to purchase a name brand computer, or have one custom built. As you will read in greater detail later in this article, custom built computers offer much greater flexibility with respect to upgrades and repairs.

I've been here twice. Once to get a simple fix on my computers charging port. Payed about a hundred for the fix and about 50 for a new charger because they convinced me the charger I had was broke too. So I get home and my computer still doesn't work AND I'm stuck with this 50 dollar charger I don't need because I threw away the receipt and came in the next day to return it.

When I came in to talk to the same guy I had the day before he acted like he didn't remember me and told me I had to have the receipt. These guys are pros at keeping this business open kinda similarly to a rundown mechanic. You bring your computer in with a key off your keyboard missing and they will tell you it's probably because your computer is cheap and you should buy one of their 2k computers in the shop because" it's gonna cost WAY more to fix that one key on the keyboard". Just don't go here plain and simple

Mr. Barnett checked out the laptop and gave an honest diagnose, instead of just taking my money. Laptop wasn't worth fixing. Honesty is rare. This is the type of place I like doing business with.

I forgot what an actual computer shop was like. The customer service, style, and helpfulness of the place makes you realize how far we've fallen into our more popular options of Best Buy and Geeksquad. Seriously, if you want to upgrade or custom build your computer, shops like this are a diamond in the rough in 2020. If you live nearby, consider yourself lucky!

Not the best place for repairs. My tower was hit by lightening (I know because I was sitting beside it when it was hit), but was told roaches burnt out my motherboard. I felt stereotyped as we don't even have roaches (plenty of other bugs in the country lol). Just gave a diagnosis on Tuesday when I called Monday to check if the tower was diagnosed (which I previously took apart to check if the malfunction light was on, which is was/is but no roach there) it wasn't but made the diagnosis the same day, which was Tuesday (a day later than promised to be finished and came up with every excuse).

Do not take your computers here to be fixed. Oh yeah and they are rude and will try to sell you one of their towers/computers on hand for over $525 just so they can keep your and resell after they "refurbish" it.
