I was referred to Red Key from a friend in the industry when I started having problems with my computer. After speaking with Alex, one of his techs called me. Within 15 minutes of remote-access, not only was my computer fixed, but my computer operated better than before I called. Owning my own business doesn't allow me to be down for too long. I'm happy to say that Red Key Solutions has been our IT service provider for over four years now! Before RKS came on-board, we were constantly experiencing network downtime, our company was expanding fast and needed a more advanced IT company that could support our growth. A very belated review of RedKey Solutions. We had RedKey set up our network when we were moving to a new location. They listened to our needs, made great recommendations, and supervised the entire project including some really specific needs that we had. They were also very reasonable with their fees - which is not something one can say about most IT guys.
I found the experience to be very positive. Maybe it's good that this review is very late - I've had a long time to evaluate their work, and I am very pleased with the way they set everything up.
