I had major problems with my computer and wasn't able to get on line. I called Mr. Cunningham about 11:00 AM. As soon as he finished the job he was on, he came to my house. He worked on my computer for about three hours. Almost all the time was spent cleaning by computer of junk and viruses. He was able to get me back on line right away. He gave me lots of advice about services to help me protect my files and my computer. He was a pleasant, agreeable person, and never put me down because of my really bad ignorance about computers, but rather helped me understand a lot to help me in the future.
