Super helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly! They were very patient and responsive throughout the entire onboarding process and were friendly and knowledgeable to all our questions. They always provided insightful and effective solutions to our problems and were glad to teach and show all our employees how to use IronOrbit to the fullest. Allowing all our employees to have access to not only email and messaging but also our ERP and file server remotely was a game changer during COVID lockdowns. They've helped with simple IT matters from printers and internet settings all the way to hardware issues such as expanding our WiFi coverage and remote access to our close circuit security cameras.

Iron Orbit is fantastic! We use their virtual desktops, which were especially critical back when CA had lockdowns. It was one less thing to worry about during a stressful period. Moreover, their IT support team is responsive, prompt and competent in getting to the bottom of any issues that our company might have. They've also helped us with hardware issues.

Simply put, it's like having an IT department without having to bring someone in-house, which can bring its own host of issues given how mission critical IT especially in this day and age. It's likely that Iron Orbit may prove to be both more affordable and more competent than whoever you end up hiring to bring in-house. Finally, they're very easy to scale with so I highly recommend especially if you expect your company to grow in the future.

The owners are nothing but crooks, if you don't want to lose your business and all the data you have then stay far away from this place. There is a class action lawsuit being setup by all the former customers that suffered terribly from their data hacking. Think about it people if it easily happened the way it did there's only a matter of time before it happens again. Do yourselves a favor and go elsewhere!

SACA has gone through quite an ordeal in the last month after being hacked. They have responded by increasing their security exponentially, as quickly as possible. We never had an issue in the 12 years before this, and I expect that getting past this, we will enjoy another 12 years of excellent service and smooth operations.

We have been with SACA/IRON ORBIT for over 8 years. Have experienced a few little bumps along the way but nothing like this! We have not had access to the cloud or our data going on day TWELVE. It's absolutely unheard of and we are beyond stunned by the lack of communication and status of when we will have access to our data again. The amount of money and staff down time lost is incalculable not to mention the impact on our clients.

To add insult to injury, in SACA's attempt to bring us back online, they have dropped the ball numerous times by not having their onboarding procedures ready for prime time. Our frustration level is at an all time high, while our confidence is extremely low. There is no excuse for not being able to access our data for this length of time. We will definitely be considering other options going forward.

We've been a customer for almost ten years. The lack of proper security on servers allowed a hacker to cripple the servers and we have been down for 10 days. Communication has been poor to non existent.

Absolutely unacceptable customer service. As other reviewers have said, our entire business has also been grounded since Saturday - a payroll weekend, since as small business owners we work weekends - and we are losing money by the second. Employees are rightfully beyond upset. We've had to pay them out of pocket since we can't get into Quickbooks.

My husband's desk is pretty much invisible beneath the piles of paperwork he can't do while the server is down. We pay LOTS OF MONEY for this, and, now that their phone number works again (seriously it went dead the day after this happened - who doesn't have an iPhone or other number NOT tied to the whole system as a company?) no one will answer phones or emails.

This has been absolutely devastating for our business and I hope they are planning on compensating their customers for this or we won't be one for much longer. We need service back NOW.

Systems have been down for a week. There is no communication. They house our entire computer system in the cloud. I am unable to reach anyone. My business is held captive. Been with them for 8 years. I'm trying to connect with other users. Please message me!

We've been with SACA for about 6-7 years and have had pretty good service with them. They apparently had a server breach over the weekend and the whole system is down. It is 3 business days later and they've had no contact with us other than some online update stating "they're working on it". We run a CPA practice providing payroll, accounting and tax services for many clients.

We have payroll due today for 7-8 customers and now we are having to install software locally, put YTD information in for all employees and run simple paystubs only. We have quarterly reports we aren't able to easily run as well due 4/30. Tax returns can't be processed and I also have no idea who owes my business money. We pay close to $6k annually for this service and can't even get a live body to help us.

We went to their offices today (day 3) and they're not there except for a warehouse employee who also is unable to call anyone apparently. All we've asked them to do at this point is get us VERY limited data from our "server" so we can run stuff here locally, but they seem unwilling to help. We stand to lose a significant amount of business and may potentially incur penalties as well.

I seem to go to Saca Technologies at least once a year to get my computer repaired. I work at home so if my system is down, I don't make any money. I can't afford to have my computer down for too long. The techs here are knowledgeable, courteous, fast, and friendly. Today, they even spared me from having to come in by fixing my system over the phone. I highly recommend them.

I have a client with this firm, who uses their data server services, I have been on the phone with them all day since 10:30am, to obtain the passwords and login to the servers as their former IT tech resigned unexpectedly. Not only have I yet to get the passwords after calling multiple times today, and I'm STILL waiting. For the amount they're charging my client, this kind "customer service" is unacceptable.

As an attorney I do my research because I really depend on reliability and accessibility but also demand a competitive provider - - I can't sleep at night if I feel like I'm not getting a deal or my money's worth. These guys fit the criteria I was looking for. They have a secure platform (a must for businesses with sensitive / secure data) that proactively prevents problems ahead of time (big one for me because I don't have time to waste going backward or standing still), but are also accessible when you need them.

I felt they were at a reasonable price point for what you're getting. Their infrastructure seems to be able to accommodate a range of business sizes but I can't be certain. All I can tell you is based on my own experience and in that respect I would say they should at least be on your short list of candidates for IT service providers. I'd give them a call, have a list of questions (they were very good about answering all of mine) and find out if they're a good fit for your needs.

I used this company to access accountant files. My accountant and I decided to go our separate ways but this company was stingy enough not to give me a refund on the time I was not using because my accountant turned off my Saca use and I wanted to keep it! They did not respond to emails with simple requests and were rude to me. I will be calling my credit card company to dispute the charge.

Be careful about the fees they charge you! Saca, remember the people who pay you ARE actually your customers! Somehow I imagine you will never get this. so be it. For a few $ you would tarnish your own reputation.

The customer service from SACA Technologies is amazing. My staff range in computer skill sets from Beginner to Advance and SACA's team works well with all of us. Their follow through to make sure the problem or issue was resolved reassured me that we were not "just a number" to them but an actual business client whose computer needs impact our own businesses performance. For the past few months, SACA Technologies has been our go-to for my company's IT Servicing, and I can't tell you how pleased I am. Everyone that I have been in touch with at SACA Technologies has provided excellent customer service, from the receptionist to the service technicians. Alex & Paul in particular, always go out of their way to make sure we're happy!

Terrible experience. Not good for small companies who just need small things done. They want you in a expensive contract period and will waste your time and money until you sign a contract. Demand a estimate before you get any work done.

Extremely Knowledgeable Technicians, Very Prompt Service, Most issues handled by the first call, some calls however do require more extensive work of which they do follow thru and are great a keeping us updated on the status. My reviews you can trust i just don't create a account to make someone look good I keep it real. I'M from New York so their is no BS me. This company is not for me and the company they might work good for other people maybe its because we are not blond and have big boobs. I don't know what it is I'm so use to work getting done the same day and not 3 to 4 months latter. That's all I have to say about them. I can say more but my mother always said if you can't say anything nice don't say it at all.
