Went to this business because of their long time in business & veteran owned. I had very old laptop unable to update drivers. And I don't know a lot about electronics. Basically charged me over $200 and I still can not use laptop. Did not listen to what I needed. Did not communicate well. I would not reccomend them for an individual PC repair. I would be money ahead if I had taken my $200 and bought new laptop.
And we discussed that option when I dropped off laptop. He was going to look at laptop and make a recomendation. Very disappointed in their level of service. Sadly would not recommend them.
