I took my netbook to ACK Computing because I like doing business with my neighbors and like supporting small, local businesses. They were very quick to cash the $75 check I paid for a repair but I got nothing out of it, except being $75 poorer than before. My computer's problem was in no way fixed. After two follow-ups they told me they couldn't do more to help without charging more. They hadn't done anything I could see to solve the problem so I wasn't about to spend more money. A very unsatisfying experience.
