Francisco was professional, prompt, and went out of his way to fix my computer in a dire time of need concerning a security threat from viruses/malware. Francisco is extremely knowledgeable. We had a mechanical problem with our laptop, where the case was coming apart due to opening the lid. It was a very tricky problem that the major computer store quoted $750 and 7 to 8 weeks to repair. Francisco picked the laptop up from our house and had it fixed the next day for $200. Very pleased.

Had ongoing problem with not being able to connect to WiFi. Xfinity have come by a few times to try to fix it but it was more computer issue rather than modem. So glad my wife made appointment with Francisco at A Plus Computer because he is very knowledgeable and helpful. He fixed my problem and also made recommendations that are very useful. He will be my go-to computer guy from now on. Very satisfied with service.

I was referred to this company by a friend, and do I owe her! I've worked with a number of computer technical experts over the years, but this company (Francisco is the principal) is the best for home computer users I've ever encountered. I am not technical, so it's important that a technician be able to understand my challenges and lack of knowledge. Things are explained very well, problems get fixed reliably, and I get educated. Francisco always goes "above and beyond." Whenever I'm in a technical swamp, I can count on him to pull me out!

Francisco at A Plus was amazing. He came to my house in north Conroe (a good 20 minutes from his location) on a Saturday within an hour of my call and fixed my problem, which turned out to be pretty complex. He was very friendly, very knowledgable, didn't talk down to me at all, and his rates were very reasonable - he charges $50 an hour, but only charged me an extra $5 for going 20 minutes over. What a great guy. I will definitely use him in the future if I ever have another computer problem.
