Took my laptop to Best Buy when it started having trouble charging. The teenager they had working in their IT department sold me a charger that made it worse. Save yourself some time and money and just go here first, I wish I had. PC Electronics is good enough that I actually took the time to write a review, and if that isn't a glowing recommendation, I don't know what is.

This was the second time that I took a computer in for repair and the service was great. I explained the problem and they told me what was likely wrong and the cost. I knew that, after diagnostics, more or other things could be wrong, but they were spot on each time. The cost was reasonable and saved me buying a new computer. I would highly recommend this business.

I have finally found my go-to guy for computer repair. Honest, knowledgeable, friendly and fast! Todd had my computer fixed the same day I took it in. Plus, he didn't try to sell me parts I didn't need (I thought my power supply was out but it was an easier fix than that.) So I saved time and money. Wish I could give more than 5 stars.

I took my computer to them when the fan went out. Not only did they get it completely fixed within a week, but my computer was cleaned beautifully. The man who assisted me was polite, and professional. I highly recommend this location if you need their help for electronics. Fairly priced, and fantastic work.

Would rate zero or negative stars if possible. Sold my Asus X55C they took it off my hands for $20, and put in worse specs and sell it for $200. I will never buy or sell from them again, and you should do the same. Keep in mind, all the parts you will buy would be much cheaper to do yourself. *UPDATE* When I say they put in worse components, they replaced the solid state drive I put in there and replaced it with a hard drive which keep in mind, is slower than an ssd.

I had 2 of our computers at church suffer a major power surge. Todd asked us to leave them with him for inspection. Within a couple of days I received a from call from him, and he told me that he was able to clean up and fix our laptop (which we use for our worship services), but unfortunately our office desktop was R.I.P. He kindly asked us what the primary use for our office desktop was, and after we discussed our needs he sold us a wonderful desktop that was so much better than our old one! Told cost for everything was very, very reasonable! Thank God for honest business people like Todd! We definitely will be using his services in the future :)

I have gotten two laptops repaired by PC Electronics. And I have to say each time I have received excellent service and both lap tops work great. Their prices are reasonable and they have always explained exaclty what services were done to my computers. I do recommend them to others to have their computers serviced.

I received a notification from the owner of this business stating that I harrassed his shop also that I ruined my own laptop and I'm trying to sell to him which my laptop is running better than before. False statements of someone who runs a business Is always bad for business, my laptop is running great right now and has new battery and new power cord.
I haven't called back once since he hung up on me the first time and now targets me on yelp saying I harrass his shop. Lol this is a review of your business and your business ethics I'm a customer reviewing my experience. Look up the definition to harrassment bud.

Fast and reasonably priced computer repair! These guys are very knowledgeable in the computer field and will usually answer any questions you have right over the phone. I had a processor failure and was treated very unimportant by almost every computer repair shop in town, but these guys took it on with a smile and assured me they could fix it. Saved my life!
Not only did they repair the cpu connection but they even cleaned up the laptop and made it look shiny and brand new again! These guys are definitely my go-to place for computer hardware and repair needs. Highly recommended.
